1) It only works on Kindle Fire. I have one, but I also have androids and Chromebooks. I'm accustomed to being able to use my content across platforms.2) It isn't really digital - it's more like a scan. You cannot upsize the text- you can only magnify the whole page, but then you have to scroll around from right to left to be able to read the ends of sentences. No notetaking or highlighting either.3) It only allows you to have it on 2 devices. That's pretty restrictive. Most Amazon books allow 6 devices (which sometimes still isn't enough). I have a large tablet and my travel tablet. One goes to work with me more often. But since the book is terrible in terms of the small font size you can't change, I'd like to have it on my computer as well to have a chance at reading the text comfortably.The content of the book may very well be fine, but I haven't been able to force myself to read it because it's so unaccommodating, which is bad because it's for a class. But the majority of my classmates are not pleased with it not being a real, digitally-typeset kindle book.
