This cleanse is very similar to a plan I tried this summer as a member of JJ’s VIP group. I lost 8 pounds, so I know that it works, if followed properly. In 7 days, I learned so much about my body and my eating habits. I learned that I COULD survive a week without dairy and meat, when before I tried this cleanse, I didn’t think I could do. I didn’t crave carbs after the first day, and my stomach begin to shrink. I wasn’t hungry and many times I couldn’t eat all of the food from the plan that particular day. The most interesting thing was, in my opinion, the days where I ate the fewest amount of calories were the most filling days to me. A word of advice I would give: don’t overthink things and keep it simple. If your plan says oatmeal, eat the oatmeal and don’t substitute too many of the foods, unless you have an allergy. Also, don’t worry about what certain foods taste like on the plan. You want results. This plan works but you have to do your part- READ, and follow the steps. You will succeed!
